Worked on developing a model to extract data represented by four types of charts commonly found in STEM textbooks by developing an automatic solution trained on a graph dataset. Gained experience in using Convoluted neural networks (CNN) and worked on an original Optical Character Recognition (OCR) model using TensorFlow Object API. Also gained experience working with EfficientNet.

Researched public opinions on AI and probable unethical uses under the guidance of Dr. Natalie A. Martinez. Came to the conclusion that widespread credible knowledge regarding Artificial Intelligence is lacking, and devised a process to form a non-profit that advocates for the ethical use of technology. Presented our findings at the 'Make Learning Visible' Showcase in June 2023
