- Manage multiple different sizes of Projects.-Sketch and report mechanical plan changes.-Survey and documents all exisring site conditions and issues found on site.-Reviews Mechanical plan, Shop drawings, and Submittals.-Review and order approved equipments and materials for each project.-Create and provide purchase order pay vendors and subcontractors.-Coordinate deliveries of equipments and material with supervisor of each project.-Work in a teamwork environment with our field supervisors and sub-contractors-Draft exisitng conditions and As-built shop drawings for small simple projects.-Provide estimate of additional scope of work for field changes .-Communicate with vendors and sub contractors for quotes.
