I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, where I graduated with honors and scholars.With over twelve years of experience in design engineering, I have skills in CAD modeling, technical drawing, prototyping, testing, and quality control. Some of the products I have designed and developed include fitness equipment, furniture, lighting, and other consumer products.     - Designed and prototyped manufacturable works of art, primarily Act IV lighting products (Signal, Reprise, Starlet), to fulfill the creative director’s product vision.- Developed housings for CB-certified manual dimmer systems for the Act IV lighting products, enabling these products to be launched internationally.- Bridged the gap between Engineering and Design in the Product Development team: created technical drawings and communicated with vendors, designed fixtures to meet UL, CB, and CE lighting requirements, and conducted electrical testing of product circuitry.- Created and implemented QC processes for lighting components (Act I through Act IV); trained in-house Receiving and Assembly teams on QC processes and modified these processes based on observed pain points.
