Help establishing a new customer support team for Data Analytics tools (in-house developed and third-party). Designing and documenting the support processes as well as ramping-up with the technologies to be supported. Providing internal customer support for the tools, via Slack channels. Tasks description:- Developing and applying metrics of performance for the support team. Technology used: SQL and in house tools (Idash).- Creating of performance dashboards in Google Data Studio and its presentation to the stakeholders.- Seting up of Slack workflows to automate support tasks within the channels. I worked as data specialist at the Transport Secretary of Buenos Aires City Goverment. I've worked as an IT Consultant, designing and developing small solutions, writing IT procedures based on local normative (especially for banks) and best practices, as well as technical user manuals. I performed remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques or, if it wasn't possible, in situ. I fixed configuration problems, backed up data, and reinstalled operating systems. Fixing printers, changing toners or configure them was also part of my job.
