Coached both Counter Managers and Beauty advisors on a regular basis to maintain corporate brand standards and goal expectations. My territory consisted of 10 Nordstrom Doors located in Orange County and San Diego, 3 of these doors ranking in the top 5 corporately for Nordstrom. I directly supported 4 Chanel Account Executives, 1 Nordstrom Beauty Regional Manager, 10 Department Managers, 10 Counter Managers and 48 Beauty Advisors. I was a strong liaison between Vendor and Retailer. Always maintaining a clear and substantial line of communication. The total 2019 combine volume territory I supported was $12.8M. Chanel was the Number One Beauty Vendor for Nordstrom and I was the only Chanel Account Coordinator in the country.

Managed a line package of 7 Luxury Beauty Counters with 7 Counter Managers and 26 Beauty Advisors. My line package volume was $5.6M and I exceeded 2018 goal with a 5% increase. I worked under 1 Department Manager, supported 2 ADM and 100 employees. I also worked closely with Human Resources and Store Manager to identify ways to improve employee’s productivity and wellbeing. I was able to build strong report and partnership with my Line Package Vendors. This was key when negotiating additional support like events, artistry and collateral need it to increase volume for the year. Constantly partner with the Merchandising Team to ensure employees had the necessary stock levels, product knowledge and tools necessary to be successful.
