English-speaking experts would come from various parts of the world to train our local engineers in efficiently running a factory. I was the communication link among them. This experience jump-started my love for production processes, opened my eyes to the power of mentoring, and fuelled my passion for collaboration across cultures.** The Journey: A few years later, after completing Industrial Production and Business Management degrees, I started a 20-year journey in the automotive industry. My assignments took me to work with hundreds of companies in major business transformations in Asia, Africa and Latin America to help them improve their costs, delivery and quality operations and become trusted automotive industry suppliers. This was a formidable experience; every corner of the world is filled with great people and ideas.** A new adventure:In late 2018 I left my corporate job and settled with my family in Québec, Canada.
