I managed all commercial aspects for the RsSL WW across all industries--engagement & opportunity management; building terms of commercial offerings; building client value proposition and promoting new business initiatives as well as delivering presentations to C-level audiences.

This was a big challenge in terms of uncovering the true needs of our customers behind the issues they reported; organising the team’s work and re-inventing processes for a more satisfying customer experience. The result was a dramatic decrease on the number of opened tickets, better identification of false problems, a more interactive relationship with our customers and appreciation of the work delivered by the team.

I participated in end-to-end projects where re-engineering business processes and providing business insight was the real added value. This came with great efforts in terms of project lead activities, meeting disparate stakeholders and committing to achieving the client’s objectives of change. I gained a lot of hands-on experience in the delivery of projects thanks to the constant and professional support of business and managing consultants.Countries under my responsibility were the US and Spain.
