I have over 15 years of experience in managing and supporting various systems and projects related to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), and helpdesk operations. I have successfully coordinated and planned multiple projects involving system upgrades, data migration, integration, and automation, as well as trained and supervised staff in using the systems effectively and efficiently. I have also demonstrated my skills in CMMS, CAFM, and helpdesk software, such as ERP, and eMaint, as well as other tools, such as MS Project, Visio, and Excel. My core competencies include project coordination, project planning, team leadership, system administration, system analysis, and system support. My mission is to provide innovative and reliable solutions that enhance the performance and productivity of the facilities management operations and services.
