Powerplay, backed by Sequoia and Accel, is a project management software for construction companies. I lead products that help customers keep their projects on track. It solves communication & collaboration problems.→ Project planning module: Enables project managers to define project scope and timeline.→ Task creation flow: Enables project managers to break down scope into tasks and subtasks.→ Progress tracking product: Mobile product for on-site teams to share updates. → Progress reporting & analysis: Desktop & mobile products to stay on top of project status and daily updates.- Reduced onboarding time from 4 days to 1 day. Tweaked the product flow to accommodate SMBs who do not do elaborate planning (use pen & paper).- Increased weekly avg. tasks/ subtasks creation from 4 tasks to 10 tasks. Simplified the task creation and details addition flow on the web.- Increased weekly progress updates sharing orgs. from 35% to 42%. Simplified the task-finding experience for the site team which reduced their effort to share site progress updates.- Increased weekly avg. frequency of updates from once a week to 3 days a week. Changed the product to suit less tech-savvy, new to SaaS users. Made product flows easy to understand and simple to use- Increased pilot to renewal from 32% to 40%.

Atraski India is a marketing platform with multiple segments. I was working for AT Buzz, the influencer marketing segment. AT Buzz helps brands reach their target group through established social media content creators in their product sector. - Being the 1st product manager, I built the product from scratch. I did competitive analysis and user interviews to understand gaps in the current solutions. - We onboarded 500+ influencers. - We did 50+ collaborations.
