- Managing the full cycle of the hiring process, from sourcing (with support from Tech Sourcers) to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.- Working closely with Tech Heads, Technical Account Links, and other team members to ensure the team's satisfaction and happiness, and enhance their Zartis employee experience.- Supporting more junior team members, including Talent Consultants and Tech Sourcers, to facilitate their success and achieve the common goals of the team.- Quality, Support & Training procedures' implementation in the Tech Rel team.

- People administration and planning: employment registrations and cancellations; shifts and holiday-time control (BODET software).- Selection processes: jobs analysis & description, curriculum screening, preselection & active candidate searches (industrial sector profiles: Engineering, Automotive, Administration, etc.), competency-based interviews; recruiting tools: LinkedIn, Infojobs, etc.- Training: control and management reimboursable Fundae credit; search for training programs according to each department or enterprise group member needs.- Job performance & work environment evaluation: development, implementation & monitoring KPIs; payment systems reassessment & monitoring; Work climate studies.- Labour Relations: legal advice; representing the company to personnel delegates; bargaining & unions' electoral processes.- ORP: coordination with External prevention service & measures taken tracking.- PPEs & Workwear: Supplies study & negotiation with external suppliers.- Development and implementation of new procedures such as Gender Equality Plan in December 18.- Report periodically on the tasks mentioned above to the Team Management.
