I am an experienced ( 8+ months and counting) Mechanical engineer for operation and maintenance in Storage, Blending Operation and Maintenance.I work in oil terminal where raw material like base oil & additives received through refinery pipelines, Marine Tankers and Tank lorries. Production of 40+ grades like engine oil, shock absorber oil, Marine Oil, Compressor Oil, Quenching Oil etc. and dispatched by packed barrels and also by Tank lorries on customer demand.Responsibilities -:• To execute PLT line up for decantation of base oil through marine tankers or cross country pipelines as per plan.• Supervision and co-ordination with team for smooth operation.Planning of production as per customer demand.• TLF TT loading operation to ensure density & temperature as per IQCM.• Pipeline pigging and Cleaning operation.• To ensure Loading bay calibration and its accuracy.• Maintenance of Of pumps or Valves or any instrumentation error.• As per planning To monitoring production of new grades of oil through TAS system.• Production of blends as per customer demand.• To Monitor TAS system for production ( DCS Operation of ABB France).• To maintain daily BULK loading, dispatch, Reciept and also dispatch of packed barrels in SAP.• To ensure tool box talk given to workers for any activity in license area.

Apprenticeship at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd Haveli Installation Pune. I am an experienced ( 1+ years) Mechanical engineer for operation and maintenance in Oil bulk storage & dispatch Terminal operations.I work in oil terminal located where liquid petroleum products like MS, HSD etc. are received from Wagons, and ETHANOL through TT these are stored in large storage tanks ensured for their quality and quantity and then dispatched through Tank lorry on customer demand on time.These operation are carried out with the Terminal Automation System (TAS) and with associated field equipment's radar gauge, pump, compressors, control valves (MOV'S, ROSOV's) and flow meters etc.I was involved in all operational and maintenance activities going inside the oil terminal for safe and efficient manner.Operation & Safety Knowledge -:1.Unloading or Decantation of MS and HSD wagon, ETHANOL tank lorries.2.Tank lorry Loading operation.3.Honeywell TAS Control room monitoring. 4.Planning for tank lorry filling through using SAP.5.ETP & STP Operation,6.Tank lorry Safety check on quarterly basis for safe operation and transportation. 7.TT crew's Safety Talks on weekly basis.8.Permit system for smooth operation also Tool box talk for workers before commencement of any work or activity.9.Fire water pump house operation.10.Safety training to workers regarding BBS & Near Miss.11.TT Loading Bays Calibration and maintenance of Rim seal fire protection system,12.ROSOV's, MOV's, different valve fire fighting equipment. Fire fighting equipment operated like Fire Water Monitor, HVLRM, Fire water Hydrant etc.
