Review and understand project contract agreement including estimation, scope, project schedule, financial terms & conditions, project requirements● Arrange required project documents, site facilities, manpower, equipment and tools to execute the project● Prepare and review of material approval, method statement, site survey report, shop drawings, project schedule, project execution plan, also responsible for site mobilization and demobilization

● Review Engineering Feasibility study report and presentation of Project Kickoff meeting (Framing Session) with asset Manager, operation and maintenance team and get concurrence for project● prepare project execution plan, Preliminary schedule and developing the project scope (as per Qatargas procedure) for Tender, based on feasibility study report (FEED/ EPC). ● Pre bid site clarification and evaluating technical bid submission.● Follow up contractors and closely monitor project progress as per project schedule.● Reviewing and verifying the project related documents and solving the technical issues.● Assists planning, supervising and controlling the execution of technical and administrative functions of the project. ● Coordination with vendors, Technical Support (Maintenance), Operation and other Engineering team for smooth project progress.● Conducting progress review meetings and updating weekly/Monthly progress reports.
