• Land acquisition for Metro Project from Private owners/ Government agencies.• Getting all statutory approvals from Center and state government including Ministry of Railways and MOUD.• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. • Integration with Shuttl, E rickshaw, cycles for last mile connectivity. • Coordination with RWA to resolve potential crisis in last mile.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. • Liaison with NHAI, HUDA, Irrigation Dept, Fire, HVPNL, Forest and other Govt agencies for getting statuary approvals and smooth progress at site.• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
