I performed 3 distinct roles in MBRDIRole 1: Service Contract, Training & Digital (Since Nov' 20):-Responsible for Service Contract Management & Global Training in After Sales domain and Digital initiatives (EQ Charging Services | Data Analytics | E-Commerce) in Sales & After Sales Domain.Role 2: Enterprise Platforms & Processes (Jan’17 to Oct' 20):- Leading architect/developers teams responsible for Global IT Platforms PAI (600 plus applications developed on WebSphere, Tomcat & JBoss) & SharePoint along with central team. Established Product Modernization Factory to migrate applications/databases to Cloud & FoSS platforms.Part of the Global team responsible for Global License, IT Supplier and IT Process management.Role 3: Information Office (Jul’13 to Dec’16):-Implementation of local IT function in MBRDI to manage application development and maintenance for Corporate Functions (Finance, HR & MD’s Office), Product Development (Car, Trucks, Bus & Van) and IT Services departments.

Part of Daimler’s low cost trucks Greenfield project as responsible for implementation of IT Infrastructure. Contributed towards defining IT Strategy, implemented Infrastructure (DC, LAN, WAN) for highly automated plant and implemented Infrastructure for Business Applications like SAP ECC, SAP APO, Siebel, Rockwell & homegrown systems in High Availability environment.Also implemented Information Security Processes & Infrastructure as responsible Information Security Officer & Corporate Data Protection Coordinator.

SAP BASIS lead with shared responsibility for Global Datacenter. Managed SAP System running on one of the biggest OLTP database in Asia. Driven several technical implementation and upgrade projects of SAP Products like R/3, ECC, APO, BI, PI & Solution Manager in addition to regular Service Operation.During this tenure performed active role in various audits like FDA & BS7799 / ISO27001 for Global Datacenter.

Part of Ranbaxy’s SAP BASIS team as Database and BASIS administrator. Established BASIS Support modal from 9x5 to 24x5 and eventually 24x7 support operation.

Started IT career as Visual Basic Developer. Got opportunity to develop software for small organizations wherein was exposed to the complete life cycle of software development. Also got opportunity to try my hands on System and Database Administration. Experience from this tenure helped me throughout my career as in a short period I got opportunity to understand most of the aspects of IT.
