Anand Kumar Das is the Company Secretary and Senior Vice President at IndusInd Bank Limited. Prior to this role, he was the Deputy General Manager, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Central Bank of India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Magadh University. He has passed the CAIIB examination and Certified Banking Compliance Professional examination of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a Company Secretary and is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Delhi.
