Joined Colgate Palmolive as a Packaging Officer and progressed rapidly across ranks and designations to HOD / Technical Head – Oral & Personal/Surface Care.Leveraged both technical and functional expertise gained over the years and launched more than 30 new international Oral/Hair Care/Personal Care brands across Asia Pacific. 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:• Led technology breakthrough and implemented for the 1st time flip-top closure concept in Hair Care followed by No label look liquid soap dispensing technology with dispensing pump.• Commercialized Hot Melt technology in soap wrapping applicator to improve line OEE with an aesthetic matt finish.• Designed the Colgate dental tooth powder in a plastic sachet to drive the value chain model in the rural industry.• Acquired 18 patents during tenure and won several awards and accolades.
