• Build a full-scale sales operation from the ground up; duties include approaching new prospects, developing sales funnel, research on competitor’s product and pricing along with analyzing changing market requirement for different kinds of insurance. • Preparing sales plan, selection of product as per customer’s requirement, preparing quotes as per required cover within client’s budget, negotiating at different levels, product presentation, increasing portfolio category wise. • Coordinating with internal departments, customer service, objection handling, retaining existing clients, creating brand value.
