Anand joined Syntel Limited in 2004, as Associate Consultant in the Special Solutions Group with a focus on SAP platform and associated technologies; Anand was promoted to Senior Project Lead in 2006 while working at Allstate Insurance, Northbrook, IL leading a team of 15+ onsite and offshore SAP consultants delivering enterprise solutions leveraging the Global Delivery Model. In 2007, Anand was promoted to Project Manager handling Roll outs, Upgrades and Maintenance of the end to end Claims process on the SAP for Insurance (FS-CD) product at Allstate Insurance. Anand moved to Syntel Inc in 2009 taking complete ownership of SAP projects being executed by Syntel at Allstate Insurance. Anand was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2011 moving back to Syntel India to head the multiple SAP for Insurance projects and Initiatives at Syntel. In 2013, Anand was given the additional responsibility to lead the Center of Excellence for Duck Creek that was setup to grow business focused on Policy Management Systems. In 2014, Anand was heading the Syntel team at AAA Insurance, Dearborn, MI in the capacity of a Client Engagement Manager with focus on SAP and Informatica projects. Anand also spearheaded the Duck Creek Implementation at Prosight Specialty Insurance, Morristown, NJ in the capacity of Program Manager towards the end of 2014. Prior to Syntel, Anand was a SAP ABAP Consultant with Growel Softech working on SAP roll outs at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Anand also worked as a Software Engineer with focus on Microsoft Technologies, C/C++ and Enterprise Web Development at TCG Software Services and RS Software India Ltd.Right after graduation, Anand worked at Sapphire Global Investments Ltd as a Business Analyst with focus on implementing a Stock Trading and Accounting package.
