My 17 years of experience, largely in Process Transformation and Project Management, has helped me establish as A Design Thinker, a Problem Solver and a Value Creator. This has led me to work side-by-side with management in ascertaining “Desired business outcomes”, crafting “Transformation journeys”, driving “Cross-functional large scale programs”, managing “the Set up and scale up journeys”, delivering “high impact results & business value” and discovering “What else needs transformation”. I currently work as Vice President – Process Management with RBL Bank, where I am responsible for transforming and digitizing processes in the lending ecosystem (Originations, Credit Underwriting, Operations, Servicing and Collections). Year by year, my foot print enlarged into multiple products and its variants. Currently, I manage processes for Retail Lending (Personal loans, Business loans, Loan against Properties) and Rural Lending (Crop Finance, Tractor Finance, Affordable housing loans)I am also equally responsible to develop capabilities within the team to drive and deliver initiatives around cost optimization; operating model redesign; evaluation and implementation of LMS & LOS and various mobile & system applications; process automation using RPA; evaluation of existing processes and envisioning immediate, interim and Go-To business relevant and contextual process versions. In my various engagements in present as well as earlier organizations, I have established C-level mindshare and provided futuristic and disruptive solutions by deploying mix of established principles/ methodologies like PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Project Management, Benchmarking, etc.
