- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes on the fields of: Sales, HR, Finance- Building positive relations with Clients and candidates- Scheduling interviews with potential candidates- Jobs advertisements preparation and posting - Phone screening- Indyvidual in Depth Interview (IDI)- QMS process in Grafton Recruitment (ISO 9001:2008)- Direct search for candidates (headhunting, networking, students events, special groups)- Taking part in meetings with clients and new investors who would like to open company in Poznań - Business development- Supporting new opened companies in creating insdie structures - Negotiating pay and salary structure as well as finalizing arrangements between candidates and clients- Prepering reports for Clients

Conducting full recruitment processes for clients from various branches - Sourcing/researching candidates using direct methods - Creating job ads - Performing business development activities. Attending meeting with clients, preparing offers and contracts

- Running the calendar and reminding about arrangements, - Ensuring proper communication at the office, - Managing travel arrangements and setting up meetings, - Managing documentation as well as incoming and outgoing correspondence, - Monitoring the demand of office supplies, - Operating with phone by picking up calls and switching them to appropriate people, - Other administrative work.
