Mr. Anant Mann enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2016, specializes in handling litigation before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Court(s) and various Tribunals.In his formative years as an Advocate, he worked as a law researcher for Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjiv Khanna at the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Thereafter, Mr. Mann was retained by Vaish Associates Advocates, under the aegis of Ms. Kavita Jha, Partner and Senior Lawyer for almost 6 Years, before being empanelled by the Income Tax Department as Jr. Standing Counsel, to represent income tax matters before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.Over the years, he has been involved in numerous cases in diverse fields involving Direct Tax Laws, Family & Matrimonial Laws, Consumer Laws, Insurance Law, Intellectual Property Law and Civil & Criminal Laws, which today, are important judicial precedents. He has also appeared independently as well as briefed and assisted Senior Counsels before various courts/forums.He is also on the panel for family and matrimonial laws for the Delhi High Court Middle Income Group.
