Enterprise learning management services which include TNA, learning roadmaps, competency development & planning. Technology training consulting and implementation.Responsible for marketing strategy, planning and program implementation globally for TSE. Business operations comprising learning management, talent development, digital learning, edu-tech, data analytics, service lines. Product owner and program manager overseeing the design and development of digital learning platform Skill Sigma (www.skillsigma.com). Conceptualized, designed and help build the platform from grounds-up. The platform is currently supporting a large base of enterprises and retail buyers with a repository of learning programs.- Support, build and deliver learning & talent development plans for the organization. -Manage the enterprise wide onboarding, TNA, skill metrics, learning methodology, delivery of learning programs, vendor & supply chain management.- Design, deliver program management team for a base of more than 200 organizations globally on the enterprise learning initiatives.- Individually responsible as strategic account manager to large global large organizations including Fortune 500.- Direct annual marketing and eminence-building planning to support practice goals for revenue growth, decision-maker relationship building and marketplace reputation; oversee execution of a robust pipeline of research/thought leadership development and commercialization with media and clients, proprietary in-market and Web-based events, industry association activities and digital/social marketing programs- Responsible for product, competition and market intelligence for new product development in the learning management space.
