Redington Value (currently TSG and CSG) has distribution contracts with tech vendors for B2B solutions (hardware and software). I have worked primarily with the Cloud teams (currently Cloud Solutions Group - CSG).I was responsible to bring in ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and Startupsto partner with Redington.* Built strategic partnerships between startups and AWS / Microsoft teams, driving business growth through cloud consumption.* Engaged with over 200 ISVs, built partnership pipeline of 42 ISVs, brought in cloud billing revenue from 15 ISVs, 13 ISVs for Vendor-led ISV partner programs, also brought in sponsorships for events.* Projects included working across product lines in Redington including Software Asset Management - Matrix 42, AI Analytics Platforms for AWS Public Sector deals. * Introduced a new GTM tapping into existing and new channel to grow ISV channel sales.* Built a pipeline of $1.3 million in both public sector and commercial sectors deals (solution-sale).* Revamped of the ISV onboarding contracts with our legal team, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. * Guided startups in solution packaging, pricing strategy, and effective marketing messaging.

In July 2021, we introduced TrackMyCloud Services - Professional and Managed Services that partners could white-label to their customers. I was responsible for TrackMyCloud.* Conducted and Lead the Gitex 2020 launch for TrackMyCloud - Cloud Management Platform (CMP).* Responsible for building the Cloud Services division for Redington across Microsoft and AWS. * Worked with 30 team members across MEA to source opps.* Over 47 Services deals won.* Pipeline: Over $2m (over 18 months). After multiple ideations and validation attempts, I identified the right product category to enter and worked on building a SaaS based Video Editor, which makes video-editing into text-editing. My attempt did not succeed. Currently there exists a software that is a successful attempt at building the same vision - Descript.
