Our work is to share quality information with each of our families, combating fear with facts, empowering students to take ownership of this important step in their education, and making sure that wherever they land, they can articulate why they’re there, what they will contribute, and what they want to get out of the experience.My role at Collegewise was to work closely with counsellors to strengthen the brand and improve marketing by using various social media and information sessions. My responsibilities included providing structure and developing new courses fit for UK admissions (MMI, Interview prep) and advancing into art / portfolio based admissions programmes.

Prep Zone Academy has tie-ups with leading universities and business schools around the world with a dedicated team focusing on student admissions. My role at Prep Zone Academy is to lead a team of result driven individuals to deliver education consulting solutions to candidates in need. My responsibilities include packaging new products to meet the ever-changing education landscape as well as running successful marketing campaigns for these new products.In this role, I have consistently improved the sales figures at the company with an average annual growth of 11%. I have personally worked with more than 1000 students understanding their requirements and presenting them with a personalized work plan to ace their respective tests and securing admissions to top universities that include the M7 in the States, INSEAD, ESSEC, and local universities.

At Cognizant, I was a Service and Operations Management executive focusing on process improvements, service automation and change management. My key achievements in this role include:- Led process improvement taskforce that has reduced the project implementation failure rate from 20% to 3% by eliminating wastage in standard SDLC lifecycle- Automated non-value adding processes for application and system reviews resulting in a reduction in service downtime due to human errors- Improved the SLA with customers through the implementation of real-time proactive service monitoring and benchmarking system management to industry standards.
