- Developed a written petition to Georgia Tech’s investment committee for fossil fuel divestment, receiving 600+ signatures- Conducted research on renewable energy assets, ESG, and public sustainable policy- Organized and led regular meetings for the communications committee, and managed the group's social media accounts.

- Worked closely with several climate organizations within the Healthy Futures Students and Planet Coalition to create a space for students to learn about the intersection of federal policy and school nutrition to advocate for climate-friendly, plant-based K-12 food- Wrote grant applications and funding reports detailing the purpose of the program and spoke to stakeholders regarding the importance of youth voice in federal policy, obtaining necessary funding to continue the program- Held webinars and multiple rounds of interviews to narrow over 100 applicants to 11 finalists- Organized a DC fly-in for the committee to participate in lobbying and Hill meetings - Impact during my time: Enabled 2 cohorts of students (22 students total) to gain experience through over 60 in-person & virtual meetings with Congressional staffers, constructing a network of advocates with a shared goal

- Worked closely with the Product Owner in an agile environment, contributing to the successful development and delivery of multiple distinct releases.- Drafted the R&D 2024 roadmap following the compilation of input from all team leads, covering all high-level new releases and enhancements to existing products. The roadmap was presented to the CTO for edits and approval.- Helped with pre-sprint planning to track dependencies and issue items within the R&D team - Maintained regular communication with cross-functional teams, including the customer support, legal, and accounting departments to ensure optimal solutions for consumers- Engaged with products firsthand, providing feedback to developers through technical reports, influencing product design and development- Contributed to daily stand-up meetings by taking notes to capture essential action items

- Engaged in 20+ Congressional meetings with Appropriations Committee staffers on funding climate equity in agriculture- Held a meeting with the White House Office of Climate Policy to discuss administration priorities and to urge the inclusion of animal agriculture’s impact on the climate crisis- Organized a listening session with 10 USDA officials to discuss the importance and reduction of emissions when adding plant-based foods to school systems- Held a Youth Comment Seminar, to help guide students through the process of submitting meal pattern comments to the USDA, which occurs once every 5 years- Researched the impact of methane digesters on factory farming emissions and synthesized findings into a policy brief

During my fellowship, I continued advocacy training including public speaking, lobbying, and various kinds of political and social advocacy. I also continued to work with the social media team to create content.

As a college advocate, I have learned about the impacts of factory farming through an intersectional lens. Issues such as social and environmental justice, workers rights, sexual politics, and animal policy are topics I have learned extensively. I also spent time working on projects such as the Greener by Default institutional campaign, as well as creating content on the FFAC social media.

Studied enolate, enol, and alkene structures as predictive models for alkylation sites. Used CADD (Spartan Molecular Modeling Application), MATLAB, and Python to calculate energies of molecular structures. Presented research at Southeastern Regional ACS Conference.
