- Report to the Business Unit Manager;- Introduction of the brand Personal Care portfolio; - Prospecting clients and markets;- Developing and presenting commercial offers to national and international clients, acting globally; - Negotiation of prices, conditions of payment and delivery, and technical support to customers; - Coordination of global bids and budgeting; - Interaction with the clients’ R & D department to approve new products; - Brand coordination regarding participation in fairs and events and Marketing actions, such as: mailing, advertisements and updating portals.Highlights: Establishing a local client portfolio for the Cosmetics segment, which resulted in a portfolio increase from 3 to 11 clients.

- Report to the Business Line Consumer Care area manager; - Introducing new products to selected clients; - Leadership of innovation projects involving different areas, such as: Marketing, Application, among others; - Customer service identifying the needs and attending clients in a personalized way; - Interaction with technical teams from Asia, Europe and the USA, to exchange experiences and know-how; - Development of new products, taking the needs of Latin America into consideration; - Coordinating innovation projects in partnership with selected clients; - Acting to adapt local products to the context in Latin America; - Applying technical training for Sales Force and Distributors; - Presentation of new products in congresses and fairs.

- Matrix report to the Global R & D Director in the Industrial Home Care area in Germany and local report to the Local Director of the Business Line Consumer Care area; - Conducting technical visits to selected customers, supporting the Sales team in matters related developing new products, clarification of doubts and solving problems in LATAM; - Coordination of application, testing and development of Cosmetics and Cleaning products, aiming at new areas of action and / or alternatives to contribute to the increase of customer satisfaction and sales options of the Business Unit; - Administrative Coordination of the Laboratory of Cosmetics and Cleaning Products regarding changes, personnel administration, selection, training and development of Technicians and Chemists.- Work safety - use of PPE / Personal Protective Equipment and environment, aiming to contribute to prevention of accidents, acting to ensure maintenance of an occupational environment that guarantees the employees safety and ecosystem preservation;- Administrative Coordination also in contingency actions, data traceability, internal and external audit; - Performance focused on ensuring the standardization of products and services among Latin American countries, in accordance with established quality standards, minimizing differences in analytical specifications and operational procedures, facilitating the negotiation of local agreements; - Team management, assigning adequate levels of responsibilities and authority, developing and preparing successors, identifying and defining training needs, as well as ensuring commitment to quality policies; - Search for new solutions through a macro and critical view of the business, contributing to the overall results of the organization.Highlight:Implementation of Stage Gates system for personal and home care projects, resulting in a better overview of the project pipeline, with well-defined costs, deadlines and delivery within the agreed deadline.

- Report to the Coordinator of the Applications Laboratory; - Coordinating a team of 4 employees: 2 Chemical Technicians and 2 Interns from the Global Development Center Laundry area, for the development of: - Formulating clothing care products - products for prewash and liquid and powder laundry detergent, domestic, for all regions of the world; - Methodologies for assessing product performance, including sensory tests.Highlight:R & D lab structuring, establishing and validating standardized methodologies and procedures to asses the performance of cosmetic and sanitizing products. This action allowed us to structure and standardize the projects, obtaining more assertive and reproducible results.
