- Meeting with potential vendors to understand their needs and problems.- Cold-calling/emailing potential vendors and meeting with them to present Butikna’smarketplace and value proposition.- Conducting market research to identify market gaps and find business opportunities.- Leading the project to develop an e-commerce website (e-marketplace) that createsvalue for both individual and business customers.- Adopting a customer-oriented mindset to ensure the website meets customers'needs and provides an easy and friendly user experience.- Ensuring the website complies with the European General Data ProtectionRegulations (GDPR) and e-commerce regulations.

- Building targeted marketing campaigns through email marketing, social media, andadvertising.- Responsible for increasing the number and conversion rate of bookings.- Responsible for understanding and adapting to customers' needs and increasing thenumber of add-on services.- Cold-calling travel agencies and meeting with them to present our services and valueproposition.- Responsible for maintaining the relationship and closing deals with travel agencies.- Responding to incoming leads regarding Carewell’s hosting services and offers.
