- Review and approve the Project shop drawings, technical calculation, material submittals, method statements and inspection testing plans against applicable standards/ codes, design drawings and Project documents before the Contractor action.- Provide technical support and replying the RFI’s received from the Contractor. Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers/venders.- Manage changes to the Project scope and assist with the Project cost with the cost consultant verifying the related technical and contractual aspects.- Evaluate the value engineering activities/proposal during the Project including energy saving aspects.- Monitor the Engineers and inspectors performance to ensure as team fulfilling the roles and responsibilities

- Studying and evaluating the design reports and tender documents related to electro-mechanical issues during all design stages (conceptual, preliminary, development and final) in terms of the design suitability to meet Client requirements, with focus on energy and water saving.- Reviewing cost estimates during design stages, and addressing challenges occurring during design review and project construction.- Evaluating tenders’ offers for electro-mechanical works packages.- Managing the entire LEED certification process in all project’s stages starting from preparing TOR for LEED consultancy services, pre-rating checklist, online project registration, and all related tasks.- Monitoring and expediting delivery of shop drawings, sample, material, equipment and resources related to approved schedules.

- Full analysis of project details and design drawings to conclude the procurement needs related to equipment, systems and related contractual aspects. This included full revision of specifications and preparation of evaluation reports. - Cross-departmental management to oversee the production of execution schedules, shop drawings and implementation of the project by the company, suppliers or subcontractor.- Leading the process of finding, shortlisting and appointment of suppliers for implementation. - Full managerial responsibilities to supervise execution teams and guarantee desired quality.

- Full management of the planning and execution of Electro-Mechanical and Mechanical projects with a value of USD 4M.- Preparation of HVAC and plumbing shop drawings, verification of the capacity of mechanical equipment such as A/C using the E-20 load calculation program-by carrier, fans static pressure, chilled water and potable pumps/pipes selection, using the National Plumbing Code and carrier hand book.- Defining suppliers and obtain specific proposals, coordinating with the client on technical matters and preparing progress invoices.- Following up on daily site progress, preparing of mechanical material submission, and site supervision of all electro-mechanical works.

- Managing all pricing & tendering of HVAC projects.- HVAC Design using AutoCAD and mechanical engineering design programs.- Site supervision for all HVAC works.
