Responsibilities:  Work intensively to schedule and resource projects adequately to comply with customer program milestones and deadlines.  Identify and manage risks in projects and escalate risks to Sr. management wherever a risk is likely to negatively impact a key project milestone or budget.  Manage the KPIs in project portfolio including Forecasted Costs, Planned Costs, Actual Costs, Cost Variances, Schedule Variance, Cost to Complete, Cash-Flow, Billing, and Revenue.  Manage the contractual components of the project portfolio including Scope, Schedule, Change Orders, and Risk and Opportunity.  Manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively communicate between all stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned and all issues and conflicts are resolved.  Create Monthly Status Reporting and Management Level Reporting for projects  Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials and labor for timely delivery in line with project execution. Etc.  Directing and leading a team of Design Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Project Engineers and Commissioning Engineers for project mobilization and execution.

 To lead and train QA/QC team to achieve the objectives of QA/QC as set by MOI SSD.  Validating, issuing comments and approving the CCTV Design and Technical Proposal of the Design Team in accordance the Qatar MOI SSD (Ministry of Interiors Security Systems Dept.) standards.  To submit CCTV Design and Technical Submittal to MOI SSD and to get approval in first submission.  To inspect the project site to validate and ensure the execution of the project is done in accordance to the MOI SSD Approved design.  To Coordinate with MOI SSD for the inspection and to ensure the project is approved in the first MOI SSD inspection itself.  Responsible as Single point of contact between MOI SSD and the organization for the all communications.  Responsible for arranging the meeting between the Client, MOI SSD and the organization for handling disputes and escalations.

Regions: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Northern Emirates in United Emirates (UAE) Responsibilities: System Engineer  To thoroughly understand the project requirements and specifications.  Preparation of cost-effective estimates in concurrence with project specification.  Value engineering, to meet client’s requirements and improving the cost structure.  Ensure the design of the system solution proposed adheres to Standards and local authorities’ requirements (Civil Defense).  Design the ELV Systems in the architectural drawings to meet the standards and specifications.  Coordination with the CAD department in preparation of AUTOCAD Schematic/Riser diagrams, Shop drawings. The design includes the Fire alarm and voice evacuation system, Emergency lighting system, Linear detection systems, CCTV Systems, Lighting control systems, Access control systems, Structured Cabling Systems etc.  Preparation of Technical /Master submissions for awarded projects.  Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manuals.  To maintain and store records for every project handled as required by our ISO 9001 standards  To learn the system in depth and gain more product knowledge on a continual basis  Training new recruits on the systems and solutions offered.
