I help technical support agents to handle the issues facing them with riders' chat, make sure that their chats match the rules and the standards of the company, help them improve their quality by trying to make solutions for the recent issues and document these solutions by adding them to Knowledge base so they can return back to them in time of need.

in this job i got to collaborate with other startups to design their professional websites or enhance their already existed projects. during this time i developed the front-end of two projects using HTML/CSS and JavaScript
