- Lead the financial planning & reporting (FP&A) through overseeing financial reporting & managing the budgeting & forecasting full process- Collaborate with other departments such as commercial, marketing and operations to align financial goals with overall business strategies- Monitor and report on financial performance and provide analysis of variances- Play a key role in financial risk management, assessing market risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial stability- Execute financial-commercial analysis activities, contributing to informed decision-making and improved financial performance- Provide strategic business insights and recommendations to senior management, aiding in the development of business strategies and expansion plans (insights driven by data)- Participate as a country representative in the ongoing polices, procedures & processes re-engineering project

- Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and suppliers’ benefits.- Business data analytics. - Preparing, analyzing and reporting of periodic financial performance and operational reports and presentations versus budget.- Responsible of the preparation of the periodic forecast and annual budget and coordinate with the concerned departments.- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variances.- Explore new opportunities for revenue growth.- Improve performance by evaluating processes, identify opportunities in process improvement and recommend new procedures and tools.- Conduct continuous competition analysis.- Analyze financial, commercial and business information to provide recommendations to management for decision making purposes.- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Ensure implementation and adherence to company’s F&A manual by the finance teams in the region.- Provide support to the finance in the region for all accounting, finance & ICS areas (Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Payments, Reconciliations, end-month closing, budget preparation, monthly budget follow up, reporting.. etc.)- Management of Account Receivables & Credit Control for all countries within the region.- Ensure internal control implementation in the region by carrying out controls testing and reporting (ICS).- Continuously identify areas for processes improvements and ensure compliance within accounting standards.- Carry out trainings for finance teams in the region.- Support finance projects across the region.

- Full Management of Account Receivables & Credit Control- Fixed Assets Management.- Cash & Bank.- Maintain general ledger, including preparing journal entries for local and regional expenses, accounts analysis, reconciliations and monthly books closing.- Performs accounts payable duties, such as preparing check requisition forms, arranging settlements in accordance with their respective payment terms and instructions.- Perform End-Month closing & reporting.

- Handling all Trade Finance transactions and ensure compliance with P&P.(Letter of Credits, Banking Guarantees, Bills for Collection)- Follow up pending issues with banks, branches and concerned departments and parties and ensure processing as per policies and procedures.- Prepare periodic and annual required reports and statistics.

- Issuance, amendment and settlement of all types of L/Cs.- Ensure of issuing remittance orders to customers abroad & subsidiaries and follow-up with the banks for timely delivery instructions.- Checking all presented documents under Letter of Credits.- Coordinate & post all documentation for overseas and shipments, including legalization of documents and compliance with the requirements of Letters of Credit.- communicate with correspondent banks through SWIFT messages regarding any inquiries, issues related to Letter of Credits.- Notify exporters of receiving letter of credit in their favor- Follow up maturities to obtain acceptances and customer transfers- Organizing the process of Letter of Credits, Payments, Inward and outward transfers - Preperation and processing of any monthly financial reports related to Letter of Credits section.- Preperation, issuance, amendment and process all transactions and approvals related to Back to Back Letter of Credits- Testing and reporting results related to the implementation of the new core banking system (T24) for Trade Finance products.

- Issue, amend and follow up foreign banking guarantees; local ones as well.- Communicate with foreign banks through SWIFT messages.- Receiving counter guarantees / amendment requests from foreign banks, scrutinizing, verifying the authenticity.- Preparing Transaction Ticket including Business Report, checking the financial position related to the bank, follow up the required approvals.- Attending/processing all types of guarantees and claims. - Periodical recovery of commission on customer guarantees. - Preparing and sending swift messages whenever is needed- Attending to all correspondence related to counter guarantees.- Any other work related to counter guarantees.- Settlement of commission and charges claimed by us from our correspondent bank.- Preperation and processing of any monthly financial reports related to guarantees section
