• Assist other maintenance staff with emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment as well as installation of new machinery (Hydraulic Press and Pneumatic Press) for a new line or process.• Disassemble hydraulic system and defective pneumatic cylinders, valves, pumps, and lines to rebuild, repair or replace defective parts/components by cutting, threading, bending to install new hydraulic and pneumatic, components, pipes, and lines.• Interpret machines’ drawings and specifications to reassemble accurately after disassembling.• Inspect and test operating machinery to detect the root cause of the malfunction and threats like system overheat, loss of system pressure, and hydraulic fluid contamination.• Inspect hydraulic lines and components like a reservoir, filters, shut-off valves, control valves, pressure relief valves, hydraulic fuses, accumulators, etc.• Read hydraulic and pneumatic equipment pressure gauges to detect abnormal oil pressures; maintain and inspect air compressor systems.• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies needed to perform planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on Hydraulic and Pneumatic (Press machines and equipment).• Adhering to all work-site safety SOPs.
