Conceptualisation and product development with the client — for instance, online courses which involved content organization and execution (courses’ videos and worksheets) and the learning paths creation on the website;Design and implementation of websites using HTML, CSS, Squarespace, Wix and Wordpress;Development of marketing strategies and creation of multimedia content (illustrations, infographics and videos).Operations and processes definition and standardisation, including GDPR processes.

Developed a digital marketing strategy and created multimedia content for the launch of Change !t on social media and the new website. Created wireframes and copywriting for the new website on Wordpress, launching it in record time, especially considering that the time frame was short and the deadline was anticipated. Structured the materials of the organization online so that the team could work remotely.About Change !tChange !T is a non-profit organization focused on celebrating change and creating a happier society. Organized the first Rails Girls Workshop in Portugal, Rails Girls Porto 2013. After that, I organized or co-organized Rails Girls Lisboa 2013, Rails Girls Porto 2014, Rails Girls Lisboa 2014 and Rails Girls Braga 2014.
