As Sr. Product Analyst in the Business Intelligence group, I was a subject matter expert of customer data, focusing on the development of a customer data mart and CRM data for the US Consumer Business. In this role, I partnered with various parts of the business including CRM, loyalty, hotel, attractions and services, insurance, air, and customer service to build data solutions that provided meaningful information to make decisions based on data.As part of the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence group, I was involved in the development of a transaction data mart, an event data mart, a customer data mart and global reporting. Analyzed large data set for a 7 year time frame primarily utilizing a Microsoft SQL server database- Developed SQL databases and table objects used for processing of financial data of a Fortune 500 company. Developed all DML and DDL related to the process and fully owned the system- Provided data analysis for various aspects of the client project including, reconciliation of financial statements, Fx conversion, and transactions- Mentored junior analyst and assisted in his professional development and technical development

A summer internship position that turned into a part-time position, at McGladrey I was part of the help- desk team supporting Chicago office employees. As a team member with a non-technology background at the time, I supported my team by prioritizing support items as they were requested. Also, I assisted my team in servicing non-complex IT support items which I learned to perform, such as small hardware repairs, software installs, and new hire imaging.
