APM Project Methodology deployed to deliver the successful implementation of operational supply chain solutions across Automotive, Defence, Beverage and Utilities sectors for external TVS clients with total contractual value of £20M+Project Delivery Highlights: Delivered a European Multi Warehouse Model for LEVC which included a Forward Stocking Location (FSL) in Eisenach, Germany. Aim of the FSL was to service 14 European LEVC Parts Dealers in Mainland Europe with reduced lead times using a customer specific online ordering portal. Led to improvement in parts availability and facilitated growth of LEVC Dealership Network across Europe to 21 dealerships.

Summer Internship at Arla Foods was spent with the Logistics Collaboration & Excellence team where I was tasked with delivering Arla’s showcase logistics event of the year which was to be Leans Lair: Innovation Destination. Task set was to devise an effective plan to engage Arla’s Logistics functions in the 2016 Leans Lair process and this was done by actively encouraging sites to take part in Innovation Station Event Days. These days offered support and training for Arla colleagues involved in the ‘Inspire to Innovate’ process (I2I) whilst integrating a drive for focused and achievable ideas to take forward to Leans Lair: Innovation Destination 2016.Responsible for visiting Arla sites across the country to deliver Lean Management workshops. This presented an opportunity to design, create and present new and innovative material to engage with Arla employees across the UK whilst providing the further benefit of developing employee skill-sets. It was pleasing to complete my placement at Arla having created new business specific material to be distributed and rolled out across Arla's Logistics Functions. As a result of delivering successful Lean Management workshops to employees and a successful showcase logistics event of the year for Arla, I was able to leave the organisation to return to university having achieved the following results:• 20% Increase in Site Idea Generation• 10% Increase in Site Idea Reviews• 10% increase in Site Idea Implementation
