As a dedicated professional with a diverse background in tech support, recruitment, and customer service, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others to my current role.I started my career at Teleperformance, where I honed my technical support skills, and then transitioned to My Hiring Zone, where I developed a keen eye for talent and learned the intricacies of the recruitment process.After that i have joined Taskus as a Content Moderator and Fincrime Analyst,I was responsible for a range of critical tasks, including content management and ensuring the integrity of online platforms.This position allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail,enhance my analytical skills, and contribute to maintaining a secure and trustworthy online environment.In May 2024, I was promoted to Quality Analyst at TaskUs. In this role, I utilize QC tools, conduct internal audits, and manage dispute resolution to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency. My responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing processes,identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive performance and customer satisfaction.During my time at TaskUs,I have also completed the Team Leaders Preparatory Academy (TLPA) and Quality Analyst Preparatory Academy (QAPA). Through TLPA, I developed team leadership qualities and learned coaching and development methods, successfully completing both theoretical and experiential tests. In QAPA, I gained proficiency in 7 QC tools, i have learnt conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and mastering coaching and feedback techniques, again completing both theoretical and experimental assessments.Outside of work, I am an avid football enthusiast. I enjoy playing, watching, and analyzing the game, which helps me develop strategic thinking and teamwork skills.
