Responsibilities include Decide Technology stacks, balance between best technology and price; Review, Optimize and Sign-Off Technology Solution and Sizing for integrated solutions comprising multiple Internal competencies (Applications, Infra, Networks, Security, and others) and External OEMs (SAP, Oracle, SFDC, Cisco, DELL-EMC, HP and similar); Extract and Build Differentiators for TechM from existing services delivered to customers and working across internal Verticals, Service Lines and Delivery Organization; Articulate and present the solution to the customer in discussions and bid defense.

As the APAC and LatAm lead within the Portfolio Solutions team, I was accountable for ensuring the ADM pursuits are supported effectively, and compelling proposals are delivered to the clients across all industry segments. Have led Capgemini solution teams for large and complex bids including CXO and client interactions. My responsibilities included: Complete ADM solution including story-boarding, large opportunity differentiation, technical solution definition, managing responses to RFI’s/RFP’s including participation in client interactions, managing bid-defense & due diligence activities for large and complex ADM deals. I have mentored and guided the team to deliver solution support to deals with cumulative TCV in excess of 1 Billion Euros.

During this tenure I worked as Large Deals Solution Architect and also the Lead for APAC region. I worked on large multi-tower deals across the globe, drove and formalized the Portfolio Solutions engagement process with the APAC region.I successfully managed a very large portfolio comprising multiple Business Units within the APAC SBU that had varied requirements, expectations, challenges and maturity levels.

In this role I led the Industry Specific Application Development and Maintenance Solutions (ADM) for Manufacturing and Life Sciences sector clients. The role included defining all elements of the solution model in sufficient detail to accurately estimate the cost, effort, timeline and likelihood of success in delivering the contract with the value for both the client and Capgemini.

Worked as part of the Global Sales and Solutioning team for ADM proposals. Led/Participated in the solution cycle – shaping, optimization and excellence discussions. Worked closely with IBM's Industry Executives and clients in all geographies to provide best in class competitive Application Development and Management (ADM) solutions for existing and new clients.Responsible for the offshore AMS delivery for a large SAP engagement for a telecom sector client. In this role I drove the application services and continuous service improvement for the client with team of 100+ SAP professionals.

During my stint at PwC, I was the SAP Logistics Consultant at one of the largest SAP implementation projects in the Oil sector. The project went live successfully in 2001 followed by roll-outs across multiple locations in India.
