The related topics are scale-up of biotechnological processes, production of high added-value probiotics (such as carotenoids, immunostimulatory compounds, etc), bioplastics (PHB), biofertilizers and bioelicitors.I also work in the implementation of industrial bioproceses in food, feed and agricultural industries.

Implementation of analysis methods for process’ control and products.Development of new industrial extraction processes with supercritical fluids, design of experiments, scale-up from pilot plant to industrial plant and optimization of industrial processes.Member of the ALTEX’s Quality Assurance Committee. Implementation of ISO 9001:2000Responsible for the R&D management of regional, national and international projects (funded by IMPIVA, Consellería, Proyectos Singulares Estratégicos, INNPACTO and 7th Framework Programme of the EU Commission).
