I am specialized in advising on the establishment and structuring of fund management businesses and private funds (including private equity, infrastructure and funds of funds) along with the legal and commercial issues arising from their operation.I have also extensive experience in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, having participated in most relevant acquisition deals taking place in Spain, specially assisting private equity clients. Chambers and Partners recognizes me as one of the top lawyers in Spain in Investment Funds and Fund Structuring. In addition, I am a visiting lecturer at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
