I work independently and as a part of a team throughout all project phases, including requirements gathering, solution design, development and implementation. Activities include working with clients on a number of levels and undertaking resource, task and document management activities.Guiding, assisting and mentoring the Business Analysts in the Delivery team and help drive process development and the quality of relevant documentation and templates.
