• Responsible for the review, approval, and data tracking of Maryland Business Income Tax Credits claimed by individual taxpayers and Corporations on Maryland Form 500CR. These credits include the Businesses that Create New Jobs Tax Credit, Community Investment Tax Credit, Biotechnology Investment Tax Credit, Enterprise Zone Tax Credit, Job Creation Tax Credit, One Maryland Economic Development Tax Credit and the Research and Development Tax Credit.
