When my title was Lecturer at National Institute of Administration Romania, were my responsibilities were: training in management, human resources, liderschip, change management, employment law, labor market, the Labour Code, planning and career development, personal development.

When my title Interministerial Commission for WAS A Founding Member (National Institute of Adm) and Mentor YPS at Central government, my Were Responsibilities;Founding and organizing INA, YPS program implementation in Romania, evaluating young YPS future civil servants, teaching courses.

When my title was Advisor at Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family, my responsibilities were: Law of public function , the Labour Code, Law of remuneration of civil servants and contract staff, Law of training in public function , responsible for training of public servants and supervisor for probationer public servants.We organized the first online course in the directions of work in the field of law and human resources management in 2001-2003.I was coach and trainer at courses organized in ministry.
