I wear many hats within my organization, however, the two primary functions of my role are Finance and Efficiency. I oversee all of the consumer Finance for my company and work closely with our lenders to help secure funding for our customers' projects. I work with the Executive Management Team to improve overall company efficiencies and efficiencies within each division/department. These include but are not limited to: overall departmental process efficiency, cost efficiency, production efficiency, and administrative efficiency.

Manage all incoming referrals for 7 specialty service lines and their respective providers by initiating phone calls to schedule appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and developing waitlist in AllScripts for incoming patientsDaily review of open slots for wellness appointments and arrangement of schedules to keep providers’ schedules consistently filled at least two weeks in advanceOversee scheduling and management of new patient referrals for OI BAM Infusion Clinic including acting as primary liaison between patients, hospitals and external primary care officesDeveloped current workflow for accurate scheduling of all Specialty appointment types per individual provider specification for use within the call center and at 6 other DMC locationsDevelop and update monthly reports for referrals and appointments for multiple service linesAssist the Wellness Office Manager and Clinical Director with recruiting, screening and onboarding new employeesResponsible for the efficient handling of medical records and proper processing of all paperwork both hardcopy as well as electronicManage and oversee patient appointment schedules to ensure timely collection of payments for medical services renderedOpen transaction batches, process payments and complete end of day closed batch reportLiaise with insurance companies, vendors, third parties and service providersReorganize and automate data processing aiding senior medical staff in accessing patient data more effectivelyAssist MDs, FNPs and RNs in ensuring optimal patient care of wellness patients and daily functioning
