Roles and Responsibilities :1.End-to-end Recruitment Process: Responsible for Recruitment, Selection & and shortlisting the candidates. Sourcing the possible candidates that followed by shortlisting of candidates. End-to-end Recruitment Coordination with Department Managers, understanding their requirements, and preparing JD with the support of the Hiring Managers. 2. Onboarding / Induction & Joining formalities: Taking Induction Sessions for Executive and middle-level entrants in the Organization, Ensuring induction of all employees as per the defined process. Manage business letters related to employee offers & and appointment letters, service agreements, background verification, requests for evidence, transfer-related documentation, etc.3. Payroll Management: Verify Time and leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll, Generating Pay slips and forwarding them to employees. Manage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including, quarterly, and year-end reports.4. HRIS Management: HR Shared Services / Employee Self Service Managing Employee Database Administration in Greythr HRIS packages for various clients, assigning Employee Self Service user names & and passwords for employees. Part of the HR Shared Services team for attending & and assigning Internal / External Employees queries regards to on- onboarding, leave, payroll, F&F settlements, performance appraisals, etc.5. Training and Development Program:-Spearheaded a comprehensive POSH training program, aimed at fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. Developed and delivered engaging presentations to educate employees on critical topics such as gender sensitization, gender equality, and the prevention of gender discrimination.
