Since 2006, Amy has applied her instructional design experience to writing and designing custom training solutions to meet and exceed the needs of her clients across various industries. These diverse solutions span a variety of applications including computer systems and applications, sales skills and processes, soft skills, regulatory and compliance, professional development, products and services, and performance support. IN 2017, Amy made a natural transition to project management, helping project teams to determine the best learning strategies for a variety of client needs. With every project, Amy collaborates closely with client teams as well as her internal team to ensure project success. She has also played a role as a supporter and developer of design and development processes, including design plan documents, storyboard templates, design strategies, and quality control tools.
