Heading the Risk- and Financial controlling department for E.ON Sweden’s different business units. This implies that I’m overall responsible for delivering and development of the main controlling processes:• Reporting process - quarterly management reporting, external reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews• Planning process - forecasting, budgeting, short-and long term planning, impairment tests• Investment process - gate approval of investments and M&A transactions, valuations and analyzing total project portfolio• Risk Management – risk management methodology, coordination of risk reporting, service and support for the Business Units for managing threats and opportunities.The department has 20 employees and is divided into two teams.

Managing the accounting department at E.ON Sverige, covering all entities and group accounts. I was responsible for initially setting up the function in terms of staffing, definition of processes and interfaces to other local and global finance functions and respective business. The department had 25 employees.The team supported business with complex business events and transactions from a finance/accounting perspective. Governance for IFRS and local GAAP interpretation.Producing quarterly closings and reporting to E.ON group and on yearly basis statutory accounts and group financial statement according to IFRS.
