Helping Dise to run the Agile processes as smoothly as possible doubling as a developer I have also helped creating the graphQl API implemented i nodejs/typescript. I am also helping the company to move over to CI/CD with help of Jenkins servers, octopus and automatic functional testing.

Apart from handling kids I am always having some private project going on. During the parental leave I was dabbling a little with image recognition and AI in python.

På Valueguard har jag designat och utvecklat företagets APIer och datahantering med kopplingar till flera olika affärssystem och datakällor. Jag har också hjälp till med att utveckla de interna produktionsprocesserna för att se till att vi hittills aldrig smällt en deadline på våra indexpubliceringar.

I was still employted by Valueguard but was working as scrum master at the swedish 3 telephone company. I lead a team as a servant leader consisting of developers from different nationalities. It proved to be a great challenge to integrate this team but in the end it was solved by getting the team to have a common lunch once a week. After implementing this the team integrated nicely and we went to the performing state. Simple solutions are the best, especially if they include food! :)Another problem solved was the lack of devops mindset in the organization. Also this had a simple solution in the end. We invited a member of the operations team to join our daily scrums once a week. Suddenly the IT was no longer a big hurdle for us. I also believe that the team produced more production friendly releases.
