At Movesta, we aim to reinvent the housing market by building the most convenient way to sell a home. Our aim is to shift one of the most stressful, uncertain, and time-consuming events in life - how we change homes - into being simple, fast, and certain. We do that by offering our Sales Assurance, which is a promise that we will buy the home at a fixed price if no other (better) buyer is found within a certain period. The product ensures the seller a ‘worst case scenario’, while still giving the chance to sell the home on the open market and thereby solving the classic catch 22-problem of whether one should start buying or selling first. One of the key drivers is to reduce the financial risk that individuals are exposed to when moving.The operations team is responsible for processing the homes from acquisition to closing, including: - Delivering a flawless service to the home sellers- Analysing the home's condition and deciding on value adding upgrades- Managing full renovation projects - Preparing listings in collaboration with stylists, photographers, inspectors, realtors etc.- Supporting the sales team in the sales process- Ensuring the quality of the home and delivering a flawless experience to the homebuyers As part of the management team, I'm working strategically with the company's vision and some of the areas I'm specifically engaged in are the sustainability initiatives, the customer experience/service delivery and the processes to enable smooth collaborations with our key stakeholders (banks, debt partners, insurance agencies etc.). However, being a startup, I'm touching upon most areas of the company and the whole team works tight together to accomplish to acheive our vision.

The Hypergene software enables our clients to streamline the process of economic planning, follow up KPIs and create business plans that connect broad visions to relevant activities - everything within the same software. Foremost, I work as a project manager, which means the overall planning to ensure our projects fulfil the clients' expectations as well as supporting the maintenance and continuous development after the system has been launched.
