As a project manager at Signify i oversee Lighting & Control installations for all markets and product areas. With the digitization of light clients expect a connected control system that they can oversee their assets via a simple dashboard at the same time have a quality if light that they expect. During a project phase I come across all aspects of the process from building relations with the client and agreeing on a contract that can include everything from building controls, lighting products and managed services.
