AutoStore- Coached young and experienced product managers, and provided guidance, support and advice in their daily work.- PM team at AutoStore was founded in recent years, before I joined. As director, I worked with the team to establish some best practices within the product management domain. - Established transparent, effective systems and processes for gathering and organizing customer insights at scale- Worked with PMs to drive more user-centered discovery activities, identifying underlying customer pain points and problems.- Worked with PMs to establish and communicate product vision and priorities for respective product areas.

Tobii Dynavox is a global leader in assistive technology, providing communication solutionslike eye-tracking devices and speech-generating apps to empower individuals withdisabilities.At Tobii Dynavox I worked as a global product manager throughout 8 years, both from Tobii Dynavox HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and a longer period in their US main office in Pittsburgh, PA.Throughout the years I was responsible for a broad variety of products:- PM for Tobii Dynavox' line of purpose built eye gaze devices, addressing users with significant physical disabilities such as ALS or CP.- PM for Tobii Dynavox' line of purpose built touch based devices, addressing users with cognitive conditions such as ASD (autism spectrum disorder) or down syndrome.- PM for other peripherals and accessories, augmenting iPads and Windows devices for accessibility or communication purposes.- PM for various software apps, both dedicated to hardware and stand-alone.Throughout my years at Tobii Dynavox I collaborated with both cross-functional hardware project teams, and software teams.
